    You can check all your transactions online. You can check and view your points, transactions, redemptions, and view your statement of account. You can also view offerings and promotions, contests and anything else that is related to the Virgin Megastore Loyalty Program.
  • What type of communications can I expect from the Virgin Megastore Loyalty Program and from which channel?
    At the moment, you will be receiving e-mails from us time to time on on-going promotions, offers and contests. Please be reminded that Virgin Megastore will never ask for your bank account details online. Contest winners lists will be broadcasted over at our official site, social media and communicated through email and or SMS.   • Every time your points balance reaches 2,500, you can start redeeming, OR keep saving. You can redeem any multiple of 25 QAR.
  • How do I activate my The Card account?
    Visit thecard.virginmegastore.qa. Click on “Sign Up” button and provide us with a valid phone number and email address. A card number will be issued to you while signing up. Set up and confirm your password. Your account is now active.
  • I would like to change my email/phone number. What do I do?
    Log on to your account and click "Edit my profile".
  • I forgot my password. What do I do?
    Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the home page of the website. Enter your mobile number and you will be receiving your password in your email inbox. Please make sure that you change your given password once you have logged in to your preferred one.
  • What kind of password is considered best?
    We advise you to compose your password using:
    • mixture of lower case letters and upper case letters
    • alphanumerical
    • minimum length of at least 8
  • I am not a Qatar resident. Can I become a member?
    Yes. You can become a member, however you would be receiving communication only via e-mails, so please ensure to provide a valid email.
  • Can my organization become a member of the program?
    No. Membership to the Loyalty Program is restricted to individuals only and organizations cannot be enrolled as members.
  • How do I activate my Loyalty Account?
    You can activate your account on the website (thecard.virginmegastore.qa) and complete the online application form.
  • Can I sign up for two Loyalty Cards under one account/name?
    No, each member is entitled to only one Loyalty Card.
  • Is there a membership fee?
    No. Membership is free for life.
  • How can I earn loyalty points?
    You can collect loyalty points only at any of the Virgin Megastores in Qatar with any purchase except tickets by using either cash or credit cards.
    Points earned through purchase at Virgin Megastore: 1 QAR = 1 point
  • Will the points expire?
    Yes. Each point is valid for 1 year from the date of transaction.
  • Can my loyalty points be converted to cash?
    No. Your points cannot be converted to cash.
  • How can I check my loyalty points balance?
    You can check loyalty your points balance through the following:
    • On the transaction receipt.
    • At the cash counter at any of the Virgin Megastores in Qatar.
    • Through the Website: thecard.virginmegastore.qa
  • Can I view my transaction online?
    Yes. You will need to log in to your account and view the transactions under Transaction History section.
  • How long does it take for my points to be credited into my account?
    Points will be credited into your account within 24 hours.
  • Can I still collect points without my loyalty Card?
    Yes, you can collect the points by using your mobile number instead of the Loyalty Card at the time of purchase.
